1 / How long does it take for my orders to arrive?
All items (jewelries, prints and commissions) are made to order. Please patiently wait 1-2 weeks for production while the shipping time varies depending on the location. Tracking will be included and available once shipped. Any concerns regarding the package(damaged or delayed) could be addressed via our contact form and dealt with promptly.

2 / Can I make changes to my commission orders?
All commission items (except the mystery thrift boxes) will be communicated and reviewed with you before shipping, any changes or alterations could be raised during that period. However, no returns or changes would be available after shipping.
3 / How many people can I include in one drawing?
Commissioned portraits can include at most 2 person, above that number an extra fee would be required.
4 / I'm getting this for someone! Do you provide gift wrapping and personal notes?
All items would come in gift-ready packaging! For personalised notes, simply write it down in the "gift message" section on the product page before adding to cart~
